WILPF US holds its annual meeting in Berkeley and sends delegates to the United Nations Conference on International Organization (UNCIO) in San Francisco. WILPF has been working on influencing changes in the UN Charter since the first version was issued out of the Dumbarton Oaks conference in October 1944
